From 16–19 November 2026, Sanyleg returns to MEDICA to meet international partners and present the latest developments in its Made in Italy production.
As an OEM & Private Label manufacturer, we develop graduated compression solutions for preventive, therapeutic, anti-embolism and sports applications. From product development and pressure engineering to manufacturing and finishing, we support brands in creating products tailored to their technical and functional requirements.
A new chapter in our manufacturing capabilities
In 2026, Sanyleg expanded its production capabilities with a new unit specializing in seamless technology. This development brings complementary expertise to our established compression know-how, opening new possibilities for functional garments, including postural and body support, maternity and shapewear.
Yarn selection, specific knit structures and controlled textile tension allow targeted support zones to be incorporated directly into the garment. Where required, development can also include tested graduated compression, according to the intended application.
For our partners, this means access to compression and seamless expertise through one manufacturing partner, with the flexibility to explore different constructions and product categories.
